Prototype Design Engineering from Ditron gets stamped prototypes in your hands quickly — and collaboratively as needed . Our early project involvement is a key component for ensuring prototyping success. Once we have a thorough understand of all your part requirements, we create prototypes of your stamping designs in weeks — not months. Using either a Photo Etching or Wire EDM process, we create the blank and then integrate single station form tooling so that functional samples can be supplied quickly for either in-house or end-customer evaluation.

These include obtaining a functional sample design in a fraction of the time (and at a fraction of the cost) associated with being production-ready. Our Prototype Engineering also delivers final production advantages through early detection of needed modifications in die or part design.
