Experienced Shipping Coordinator

Ditron Inc specializes in producing micro-miniature metal stampings for the electronic connector and medical device marketplace. We are currently hiring a Shipping Coordinator. The successful applicant will be highly detail oriented, work well with others, provide impeccable customer service and be comfortable working in a deadline driven office. Responsibilities

• Daily Shipping of orders through our ERP system and checking inputs for accuracy
• Preparing necessary documents to go with the orders (PO, BOL, pallet labels, certifications etc.)
• Interact with Customers and Freight Companies though email and phone requiring strong oral and written skills
• Assist in processing Domestic and International shipments including packaging via our ERP system ensuring proper documentation is included with the shipment
• Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job with dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Education

• High school diploma or GED certificate required
• Must be a US Citizen due to Government Contracts

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• 2 years of inventory, warehouse and/or data entry experience
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft products; with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have prior experience or willing to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work on a team with customer satisfaction #1 priority
