Surface finishing through non-destructive Deburring and Burnishing provides critical performance enhancements for stamped parts. This is especially true for Micro-Precision and Micro-Miniature parts where even the slightest deviation or abnormality can affect assembly fit and intended performance.

Our dedicated Finishing Department is equipped with centrifugal Deburring and polishing machines, capable of carefully controlling surface variation. This controlled process can eliminate press-generated burrs along part edges and surface. It also provides a wide-range of Burnished or polished finishes to meet exact appearance and thickness requirements.
