As an added benefit to our customers, we provide the following capabilities:
- One of the largest on-site, inert gas atmosphere heat treating facilities for Beryllium Copper 172 -
parts can be processed loose piece in bulk, at a defined strip length or continuous on a reel.
- Mechanical deburring (tumbling) of small parts to enhance the finish or provide ease of assembly at
subsequent operations.
- Prime source responsibility for outside platers of loose piece or continuous reeled contacts. Plating
thickness verification by x-ray fluorescent.
